  3.                        PCBFV Registration Form

  6. Registration for PCBFV is $10.00.  Registration entitles you to  phone 
  7. support, BBS support, and stops the [ EVALUATION COPY ] from appearing 
  8. after each PCBFV session.

  20. In  order  for you to receive a unique registration number,  you  must 
  21. provide the name of your system EXACTLY as it is entered in  PCBSETUP, 
  22. section  G  (options 2). This appears in line 94 of  your  PCBOARD.DAT 
  23. file. The BEST thing to do is cut line 94 out of PCBOARD.DAT and paste
  24. it into this form below. The next best thing is to load this form into
  25. your  editor and type the name of your board exactly as it appears  in 
  26. PCBOARD.DAT. The least preferred method is hand writing it. If you use
  27. the  hand-write method, circle all upper ASCII characters. Be  careful 
  28. not  to confuse the double `greater-than' graphic (character 175)  and 
  29. double  `less-than' graphic (character 174) with the regular >  and  < 
  30. characters. Characters 174 and 175 are very common in PCBoard system's
  31. names.  Enter  the information below. If your board name  in  PCBSETUP 
  32. begins with spaces, add a comment stating how many.

  36. Please select the method for returning your unique registration number 
  37. to  you. If you want the number mailed, you may still leave  name  and 
  38. password information for the BBS in case you ever need to call.

  71. Yandell  Computer  Services  warrants  that  PCBFV  will  perform   as 
  72. described in the PCBFV documentation. In the event that PCBFV does not 
  73. perform  as  specified, then Yandell Computer Services  may  elect  to 
  74. to  rectify the problem or refund the amount paid, if notified  within 
  75. 30  days  of  registration. Yandell Computer  Services'  liability  is 
  76. limited  to the registration price paid. Under no circumstances  shall 
  77. Yandell  Computer  Services or the author of PCBFV be liable  for  any 
  78. incidental or consequential damages, nor for any damages in excess  of 
  79. the registration price.

  81. Upgrade Policy

  83. It  is  unlikely that there will ever be a charge for upgrading  to  a 
  84. newer release of PCBFV. However, we reserve the right to do so.
